RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY:
7 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery.
Shipment has to be sent back to the company address.
Products must be returned in the same condition as shipped; poor condition or wear will void a refund.
For COD orders, store credit will be provided within 2-3 working days after the product reaches the company office, which can be redeemed within 6 months.
Shipping charges are non-refundable i.e. Rs.100 in both prepaid and COD orders.
Refund/bank transfer applicable only for prepaid orders/online payments.
Allow 7 working days for return processing and amount to reflect in the bank account.

Cancellations possible until the order is not dispatched from the warehouse.

Items purchased under discounted prices not eligible for refunds.
Store credit provided for both COD and prepaid orders under such circumstances.
Even though we do not charge any extra shipping fee above product cost but a nominal fee of Rs.100 will be considered as shipping fee in case of any return (exchange/refund) and will be deducted from final store credit.

Items must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
Original tags and packaging must be intact, and the order ID , name and registered mobile number mentioned on the packaging.
We request that you do not use The Professional Couriers for self return as they are not reliable and the package will not be accepted at the warehouse. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
